Who is responsible

This policy applies to the VLeague, FL CUP, Mundial Academias and FutuPass Connect apps and to the futupass.com website. All four apps run on the FutuPass platform and are published on Google Play and the App Store by the developer Felipe I. González, who is the controller of the data. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as registration data (name, email, phone), player profile information, and sports performance data. We also automatically collect technical information like IP address and platform usage data.

Use of Information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you, personalize your experience, and ensure platform security. Player data is used exclusively for sports management and wellness purposes.

Information Sharing

We share each person's information only within their sporting circle: their club or school, their coaches, the linked guardians, the league organization and the families of the teams taking part in the same tournament. Photos of children are never visible outside that circle: anyone who is not part of it — including visitors without an account — sees initials instead of the face. On the tournament pages the league chooses to publish (standings, calendar, rosters and rankings) the child's given name does appear with the initial of the surname, as in any football tournament; never the full surname, date of birth or contact details. Wellness and health data never leave the family and the coaching staff. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

Third-party services we use

To run FutuPass we rely on services from other companies that process data on our behalf. Sentry receives error reports and technical device data to keep the platform stable; it is essential and does not require consent. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and PostHog measure how the website is used (page views, clicks, session recordings with text and forms masked) and only run if you accept cookies in the site banner. The Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) measures the effectiveness of our advertising on the web and also only runs if you accept cookies. Inside the mobile apps (VLeague and the other FutuPass apps) no analytics or advertising tool is enabled: only Sentry, for errors. None of these services receives photos or identity data of children. You can change your cookie decision at any time on the website.

Data Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including data encryption, restricted access, and continuous security monitoring.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app or the website (Profile › Security & account › Delete my account): deletion is immediate and your account is anonymized and deactivated. If you can no longer sign in, or you want to request deletion of the data of a minor in your care, write to privacidad@futupass.com and we process it within 30 days at most. We only keep the records strictly required to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, for the period required by law, and residual backups are purged within 90 days at most. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us directly. For minors, these rights may be exercised by their guardian.

Billing and Payment Data

We process subscription payments through MercadoPago. We do not store credit or debit card data on our servers. MercadoPago acts as the payment processor and its own privacy policies apply to payment processing. We keep records of transactions, invoices and subscription status for accounting and support purposes.
